Things Have Changed

As we continue to make the most of life in the middle of a lock down pandemic it has given me time to think about a few things.

This, combined with the recent death of my mother in law which I had known for over 40 years, has made me appreciate the importance of being geographically close to family & friends.

The coronavirus has also helped me understand the importance of being in a country like the UK. There are many things wrong with the country, but there are so many more things right. It’s really made me realise how thankful I should be to live & work in the UK during a worldwide crisis.

Don’t get me wrong as I still want to spend around 3 months a year in Spain & other parts of Europe but the UK will always be my home.
